When termites eat they tear at the wood fibers. This makes sound in the wood. The sound varies a lot and we know they prefer to eat big bits of wood. But if the wood is already vibrating from sound, it can change their behavior. A good beat can affect how any of us behave. Maybe insects can like music too.
