Chelsea Clinton, daughter of former president
Bill Clinton, attended Stanford University in 1997 trying to earn her
undergraduate degree while majoring in history.
The weeks before she arrived on campus, her parents pleaded with the
media, asking them to leave their daughter alone so she could enjoy
herself while at University.
When she first arrived at Stanford, she was with her parents, a large group of secret service agents, and over 250 journalists. For her own safety, bulletproof glass was installed on her dorm room, and security cameras were placed throughout the hallways in her residence.
If you think that is overkill, there were secret service agents living in her residence posing strictly as students! Their job was to remain undercover, and make sure nothing happened to Chelsea Clinton!
