What is Anaemia?
Anemia is a condition that develops when your blood lacks enough healthy red blood cells or hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is a main part of red blood cells and binds oxygen. —Eat 2 citrus fruits daily for intake of iron: Vitamin C is vital to keeping your body healthy.
—Eat 3-4 figs daily
—Avoid coffee. It have a high amount of caffeine which bad food for you.
